Texas Southern’s Ocean of Soul Marching into Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium against Jackson State in 2009. Typically whenever someone marches into a HBCU Stadium the other band blows on them. The position of TSU’s Drummers shields the band from most of the sound they’d. Anything fired at TSU from this position is a waste of Ammo because it won’t get thru to the band.
