Step into the world of a “Zilzen”, or you may be more familiar with the term “Cymbal Player.” This is a sneak peek into the lives of thousands of young kids who come together to express themselves through the twirling and spinning an instrument called a “Cymbal.” Yes, you read correctly a “Cymbal.” Not only do they play this loud, brass-made, metal plates instrument; they also use the cymbals as an art form with their body. For over 20 years, this underground cymbal organization has banned together throughout the HBCU Marching Bands, and now they have joined forces with the greatest and one of the oldest family owned businesses in the USA— THE ZILDJIAN COMPANY
